"Everything is clearer when you're in love." - John Lennon Amy Kushel's Lennon gown is inspired by an artist's palette reflecting a clean, blank canvas. Unexpected simplicity and artistic lines create Lennon's iconic architectural trumpet shape. Fabricated in silk or cotton faille, Lennon features feminine curves, hourglass seaming, and a subtle sweetheart neckline. A dramatic choice, evoking confidence and personal style. My interpretation of this dress: Chic, elegant, trumpet style wedding gown by Amy Kuschel. The structure of the torso and fit throughout the hips hugs the body in all the right places yet still gives off a comfortable and effortless style. The gemstone pearl belt and buttons down the mid-back was something I added for a touch of elegance. I am 5 ft 7inches, 130lbs and wore this dress with 3 inch heels. I typically wear a size 4 bottoms and a small top, my bra size is 34A. There is a small train which has a button bustle; I did have the fastener re-enforced. The dress is very comfortable and gives you the freedom to enjoy the dance floor. There is some darkening on the underside of the bottom of the train but the outside fabric is fresh ivory (see pictures). The belt could likely be removed and replaced with another style. The dress was professionally cleaned. I fell in love with the timeless, chic and effortless vibe of this dress and I would be thrilled to have someone else enjoy it on their special day as much as I did!
